Associate Chief Physician, a holder of a Master's degree in Medicine from The Second Military Medical University, and Director for Ward 7, the Hematology Department 3.

She has been engaged in clinical work in pediatric diseases, particularly focusing on the diseases of the hematologic system and tumors in children for nearly 30 years.She has accumulated rich experience on diagnosis and treatment. She is quite experienced in diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently-occurring and stubborn diseases and is good at diagnosing and treating lymphomas and solid tumors in children.

In 1985, She graduated and attained a bachelor's degree from the Department of Medicine, The Second Military Medical University in Shanghai. In 1999, She graduated and attained a Master's degree from Third Military Medical University. In the Department of Pediatrics, Army General Hospital (Bayi Children's Hospital) from 1989 to 2017 (more than 20 years), She served as resident physician, attending physician and chief physician, was engaged in pediatric medicine, education and research, and accumulated rich experience in diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently-occurring and some stubborn diseases in children. After 2000, She was mainly responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphomas, solid tumor and diseases of the hematologic system in children. She had served as Deputy Director for the Hematology Department, Bayi Children's Hospital and been awarded the Third Prize for the Military Clinical Achievement. She has been involved in the compilation of 4 books including the Clinical Manifestations and Treatment of Common Medical Conditions and Pediatric Clinical Drug Handbook and published more than 20 professional papers.

She is a member of the Pediatric Hematologic Oncology Committee of Beijing Anti-cancer Association.
